ΣΑΕΠ Gives Back

Charitable giving is a major cornerstone of the Sorority. Known as tzedakah in the Jewish community and "philanthropy" in the Greek Letter Organization community, the concept is one in the same.

The philanthropic organization SAEPi supports is the American Jewish World Foundation. AJWS focuses on five central issues:

1. Civil & Political Rights

2. Land & Water Rights

3. Sexual Health & Rights

4. Ending Child Marriage

5. Disaster Response

AJWS was a natural fit for SAEPi particularly because of their heightened focus on women and girls around the world. To learn more about AJWS, please visit their website!

In addition to supporting AJWS, all of our chapters and colonies also select additional charities of their own choosing to support each year. Past organizations our chapters and colonies have fundraised for include: Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Challah for Hunger, One Family Fund, Lev Lalev Orphanage, Operation Gratitude, and more.
